To get your refund, just email us within 30 days of purchase at me@lacoutureskincarec.om. Let us know you would like a refund and tell us why/how the product could have been more helpful so we can improve it in the future). We won’t hold you to any silly rules like completing homework or give you any hoops to jump through.
You refund will be processed within 72 hours and the funds returned to your credit card 3-10 days after that (depending on your credit card’s policies).
Services
Refunds will not be given for services our custom skincare consultations unless otherwise specified in writing.
Physical Products
All physical products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
